The hotel houses the renowned Ecole Ritz-Escoffier cooking school and guests can dine in the Michelin starred gastronomic restaurant L'Espadon offering the ultimate in fin and French cuisine. "The hotel is definitely unique in its architecture, history and the quality of service. The hotel is old but the rooms are adequately updated. The service was impeccable, however you need to dress the part to receive the service. Located right in the heart of the fashion district and very close to the Tuileries and the Louvre makes it a wonderful place to stay if you wish to walk. The concierges were amazing and very adept at restaurant recommendations and reservations."
