PlumpJack's Carneros Inn, the area's only resort, was created to provide an intimate atmosphere that is reminiscent of its unique surroundings. Nestled among 27 acres of seemingly endless rows of grape vines, unspoiled farmland, and scenic apple orchards, The Carneros Inn's design was based on cues from the local countryside - including barns, silos and ranchers' cottages - and combined with stylish, modern interiors - to capture the region's distinct charm as well as the needs of our sophisticated guests. Gravel paths that crunch underneath your feet, private gardens where you can enjoy a glass of California's finest wines, exclusive dining at the first class Hilltop restaurant, outdoor showers under a blanket of stars, crisp white linens, and decadent spa treatments inspired by local ingredients ensure an experience you'll never forget. Whether you're here to get away from it all, or to get together with friends and loved ones, there is something for everyone at The Carneros Inn. We're located nearly equidistant between the towns of Napa and Sonoma - the ideal location for your next out of town weekend, party, wedding or executive retreat. The Carneros Inn offers exceptional venues and a superbly-trained staff eager to provide everything for you and your guests. Whether you're looking for insider tours of the most interesting wineries, a hard-to-get reservation at that restaurant you've always wanted to try, or just want to make the most of doing nothing, our team would be delighted to arrange it for you. The Carneros Inn - the Napa you've always imagined.

Five Star Alliance Client Reviews - The Carneros Inn
Guest, California. January, 2007
"Everything was wonderful, from the excellent service, to the luxurious amenities. The Carneros Inn exceeded my expectations!"
Jim C., Oakville, ON. January, 2007
"The Carneros Inn was exceptional in every respect - outstanding rooms in a unique 'cottage' environment, exceptional on-site amenities, great food and service and perfectly located to take advantage of all that the Napa and Sonoma Valleys have to offer."
Dan C., Ridgewood, NJ. January, 2007
"The architecture was interesting and different, but there was a trailer park feel to the guest rooms. The bathroom was huge and luxurious, but the bedroom area was small and the garden/patio was small, closed in, and uninviting- there was no view, no planting and the impression was of basically looking at a blank wall. The view from the pool was gorgeous; the breakfast buffet was bountiful. There were surprisingly few guests, and the hotel seemed like a ghost town at times. There were more staff around than guests, but the overall feeling was not luxurious or pampering, but desolate. "
Andrew D., Philadelphia, PA.. September, 2006
"I generally travel in upscale facilities. This was a very pleasant experience. I particularly enjoyed the heated bathroom floor and the private outdoor space especially the outdoor shower. Except for the fact that Carneros was not strategically located it indeed was a very nice place to stay. I would have no problem recommending it."
Chuck G., Novato, CA. August, 2006
"Great service, wonderful facilities, and wonderful atmosphere."
