Featured in Conde Nast Traveller's 2004 Hot List of the world's exceptional new hotels, The Gray is excellently situated in the heart of Milan, just steps from the Duomo Cathedral, La Scala Opera House and the elegant fashion district located between Via Montenapoleone and Via Della Spiga. Chic and ultra-stylish, The Gray features 21 individually appointed rooms. Architect/designer Guido Ciompi, best known for his work with Gucci, chose a combination of black macassar panelling, crocodile skin, steel and travertine, creating a warm, tactile environment, contemporary and full of light. Three of the rooms offer jacuzzis from where you can watch a plasma-screen tv. Intimate and exclusive, but without the pretension, The Gray boasts phenomenal, discreet service.
