"The room was OK but I did not see a difference with a 4 star hotel. Location of the hotel is good, just next to the city centre. Views on both sides are not attractive. Service of the concierge is good. Front desk could be improved, little bit arrogant. The restaurant (we only used breakfast) is understaffed. On the Sunday morning we had to wait too long to get any service."

"Very efficient on arrival. The fastest check in that we have ever experienced. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The food was excellent. The location was very convenient for the shopping centre. Not much of a view, but we did not expect anything else in the town centre. The service was excellent. Overall a very enjoyable experience and we shall be back again."
