SLS Hotel at Beverly Hills has been designed to be a new paradigm in hospitality. The hotel will be in tune with what sophisticated travelers want today. SLS Hotel at Beverly Hills will be the newest member of The Luxury Collection of Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Philippe Starck, world renowned designer, best describes his concept for SLS... "incredibly timeless, chic, bold, and ultimately humane." The SLS name was selected because it had no pre-existing connotations, thus allowing each guest to develop their own interpretation of the name.

SLS Hotel at Beverly Hills boasts over 30,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor function, pre-function and ballroom space to suit any type and size of corporate or private event, from 10-400. Full scale banquet and catering menus are specially created by chef Jose Andres.

Our exceptional dining venues entwine gourmet cuisine with indigenous flavor. Combined with our sumptuous surroundings, a unique, culinary experience will be enjoyed with every dish. The Bazaar by Jose Andres is a modern-day indoor "piazza" where guests and locals alike can enjoy pioneering culinary creations and intricately-concocted libations throughout several spaces- Bar Centro, Blanco, Rojo and the Patisserie.
