"The Hotel is in an excellent location. The hotel room, number 337, had an awful noise at night. It seemed to come on when the outside lights came on. I would never stay in that room again. The service was very nice and the hotel restaurant and bar were excellent. If I were to stay there again, I would definitely bring my own laptop because the in room Internet on the television doesn’t work very well at all. We tried the hotel’s computer in the business center and it only partially worked and it was quite expensive. To elaborate, the emails that we brought up had attachments and the computer wouldn’t open them, but it downloaded them to some unknown location. There was a lady in the business office that tried to help but she said she had no idea what the computer was doing and she couldn't provide much help so we had to go to another location away from the hotel to get our email etc. Sorry. Everyone was very polite and the food in the restaurant was very good."

"Hotel location was wonderful, right on the Plaza in downtown Kansas City, Mo. Luckily for the hotel the view made up for a lot. The staff was nice and courteous, the room was rather poor. Poor lighting, the bathroom was something out of the 1920s and did not work well. There was no refreshment cabinet even though I was given a key for it. The hotel location was the best part of my stay."
