"The hotel was lovely, it was very quiet which made it a very relaxing stay, the rooms were delightfully decorated, and the private courtyard gave a special touch as it allowed you to have the option of bathing privately and breakfast outside in the morning was great.
I found that there wasn't choice of food here with only two restaurants as one was shut for refurbishment - so that was a bit of a let down. I also unfortunately found the service a bit too overpowering, you would constantly have someone around your table pouring water or taking something away making the meals quite unrelaxing also and again the room service was a bit too much. Hurgada in generally is very quite and more of an up and coming place I would say, definitely not somewhere to take kids however if you want to get away and forget the rest of the world the Oberoi is the ideal place also very good for water activities they have a great diving school and the sea-life there is amazing."
