"My room was very nice. The television (plasma) was programmed to show the English channels first which was very thoughtful. The city views of the opera house and cathedral were beautiful, although I would have preferred a river view. I ate in the breakfast buffet, which while the food was excellent, was very, very crowded. I also had drinks at the Saigon bar which was fun. The staff at the desk was pleasant, but could have had better training in English when talking on the phone. The 'flash cards' some of them had with phrases like 'Do you want to change Money?' were quite accommodating, but on the phone it was an issue. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
