The Colombi Hotel Was Built In 1958 Yet Nothing Will Remind Our Guests Of The Late Fifties And Sixties As The Hotel Has Been Remodelled Many Times Since Then. Warm red and green as well as the tiled stove, which is being heated in winter time, and the wood panneling convert cosiness and "Gemutlichkeit" in the Falkenstube - formerly a "Wine Stube" in the historic center of Freiburg, today completely and originally integrated into the Colombi Restaurant. As In The Zirbelstube, We Serve Fine French And International Cuisine In The Falkenstube. A few years ago an original old Stube from the 18th century was added to the Colombi restaurants and is considered the jewel of the three restaurants. Regional Black Forest specialities are being served in the Hans-Thoma-Stube, named after Hans Thoma, a well known painter of the Black Forest.
