This Neo renaissance romantic villa, is today a refined 5 star luxury with only 18 deluxe rooms and suites. This unique structure, for its exclusive panoramic position directly at Piazzale Michelangelo, is a few steps from Ponte Vecchio, with a breathtaking view of the city of Florence, immerse in its own garden with a beautiful panoramic swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The prestigious rooms and suites are elegantly furnished and equipped with all amenities and comforts- air conditioning, free satellite TV (SKY Channels) and internet, PC/modem connection, Free ADSL connection, double telephone line, radio and CD player. All the bathrooms are in marble and mosaic, with whirlpool bathtubs. The gourmet restaurant 'Onice' was prized with a Michelin star in 2004. The hotel, with a large private parking area offers its clients a shuttle service on request for the city centre.


Meeting Space

Having only opened in 2003, the restaurant and lounge bar Onice, received a prestigious Michelin star which followed an insert in the celebrated guide 'Espresso'. Hotel Villa La Vedetta is situated in a panoramic position a few steps from Piazzale Michelangelo, from Ponte Vecchio and from Florence's most important and celebrated monuments and artifacts.

Directions to Hotel
- from northern Italy (Milano A1 highway, exit at Firenze Nord) from the west (Firenze - Mare A11, exit Florence) or from the Florence airport Amerigo Vespucci: Follow the directions for Florence and then follow the indications for "Centro -Viali Circonvallazione". Continue on the main streets (Fortezza da Basso-Viale Spartaco Lavagnini-Viale Matteotti -Piazza Liberta-Viale Antonio Gramsci-Piazza Beccaria-Viale Giovine Italia) until you reach Lungarno Pecori Giraldi. Turn right on Ponte S. Niccolo, take the round - about and enter in Viale Michelangelo. Continue on the street for about 1km. Villa La Vedetta will be on your right side, about 200 metres before Piazzale Michelangelo.

- From Siena (Superstrada)- follow the direction for Firenze and continue in Via Senese. Continue on Viale Torricelli for Piazzale Galileo and turn right in Viale Galileo Galilei. Once you arrive in Piazzale Michelangelo continue on Viale Michelangiolo. After about 200 metres you will find Villa La Vedetta on the left side.

- From southern Italy (Rome Highway A1, exit Firenze sud)- from the highway exit Firenze Sud, continue on the collector lane up until you reach the traffic lights. Turn right in Via Enrico de Nicola and continue straight along the river, until you reach Ponte S. Niccolo. At the traffic light turn right and crossover the bridge, take the round about and enter in Viale Michelangiolo. Continue on the street for 1km. Villa La Vedetta will be on the right hand side, about 200 metres before Piazzale Michelangiolo.
