"My experience was great. The decoration was nice, the view of the sea was beautiful. My room was a suite, with the view of the sea. One comment is that the gym was poorly equipped, less than basic. The televisions are ancient, and the food presentation and portion wasn't satisfactory. Other than that I would reserve again. You should add some more equipment to the gym and upgrade the TVs at least in your suites. Thank you."

"Good hotel location, but first impressions not good. A few issues with my credit card authorization at the front desk upon check-in which proved to be a communication issue on the hotels end was bothersome. The room was OK, but rather dated for a 5* hotel. No room service menu in room (rectified quickly with one phone call). In room coffee was decaffeinated only, didn't bother trying to get regular sent up, and was not refilled on my second day. Also there was no milk - sachets of powdered stuff instead. Room service food was quite good and delivered promptly. Checkout process was very. efficient, especially as I left for the airport at 6am."
