"The WhiteHall Hotel in downtown Chicago was an excellent location. The outside service was outstanding! It's so nice to have people open the door, take your car, store your luggage and help you when your ready to leave! The rooms were in good shape, nothing special. The front desk was just average, but OK. It was not clear or did they give us much help on where to eat and get cocktails. I think a nice wine and cheese in your lobby, (which needs to be up-dated, antiques are nice, but need to be clean and comfortable) and have more service re the City and what's happening. We will be coming again. PS - the lines were 'excellent'!"

"We had a great experience. We loved Whitehall because of its location. it was also very clean and the rates were really good. the only thing that we did not enjoy was the room service. we ordered breakfast one morning and it was just not acceptable from the a good hotel like this. When we complained to the hotel staff all they did was to apologize. May be they could refund us for the breakfast that we hadn't even touch. Overall a really nice place to stay. The location was best."
