"The WhiteHall Hotel in downtown Chicago was an excellent location. The outside service was outstanding! It's so nice to have people open the door, take your car, store your luggage and help you when your ready to leave! The rooms were in good shape, nothing special. The front desk was just average, but OK. It was not clear or did they give us much help on where to eat and get cocktails. I think a nice wine and cheese in your lobby, (which needs to be up-dated, antiques are nice, but need to be clean and comfortable) and have more service re the City and what's happening. We will be coming again. PS - the lines were 'excellent'!"

Directions to Hotel
The Whitehall Hotel is located on Delaware Place, a one-way, eastbound street, one-half block west of Michigan Avenue and one-half block east of Rush Street. From O'Hare International Airport: Take I-90/94 East to Kennedy Expressway. Exit Ohio Street going east to State Street. Go 8 blocks north to Delware Pl and turn right. The hotel is 1.5 blocks on the right hand side.
Child policies vary by hotel. Many hotels are able to provide a rollaway bed or crib, though there may be an extra fee. Such fees will not be included in the quoted rate.
