"Our room was both comfortable, luxurious, and exceptionally quiet, all of which were highly important to us. The staff was friendly and very willing to help us with all our needs, from directions to recommendations. The best part was the hotels location right across the street from one of the best shopping malls in BA and down the road from our favorite Italian restaurant in Argentina, Piegari! In addition we were near the wonderful Recoleta area with its attractions and museums (MALBA is great) and a short taxi ride to all the exciting Barios in BA. Our room had a river view which was nice and the bathroom had some of the best smelling soaps and shampoos we would experience in our travels throughout AR. In our last two trips to BA we stayed in the Alvear Palace, considered BA's finest, but I have to say Ceasars certainly is in the same category. My only complaint, and it is truly minor, is that the eggs in the breakfast buffet were cold. We will return. "

"Room was clean and nice room but nothing spectacular. Great lobby. Concierge and valet service was poor. We booked a tango show and a junky van picked us up and we had to make three stops at other hotels. None of this was told to us while the hotel was making the plans for us. It ruined our night and left a very poor impression on the hotel. Hardly '5 Star' service."

"Caesar Park is an a terrific location, within walking distance to many great destinations. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful - especially Susanna (sp?) the concierge who was exceptional. Our room was great - off of a brightly lit hallway with a big comfortable bed and a distant view of the port. "

"The hotel Caesar Park Buenos Aires in Buenos Aires is located in a good and safe neighborhood. The service of the hotel was very good! The hotel personnel was very attentive and helpful! The morning breakfast buffet is decent, but a daily change of the breakfast menu would make it excellent! Thus, a little improvement would greatly appreciated and raise its standard to excellent! The room was very clean and comfortable! The bathroom was very appealing! The daily cleaning service personnel was very industrious and courteous! The internet service needs a major improvement! The high daily hotel rates should include internet service!!! Hotel guests should not pay extra for the internet service!!! I stayed in the 'Raddison Hotel' in Cali, Colombia and 'no-star' small hotels, such as 'Ritz Plaza Hotel Leblon' in Rio de Janeiro."

"The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and efficient. The only problem is the chef in the restaurant. While the breakfast buffet was outstanding the dinner menu is very limited and the dishes we chose were very bad including the fine Argentine steaks. The room is very tastefully decorated. The location is the best -- better than Sofitel, Four Seasons, Intercontinental. The reception and concierge staff absolutely superb!"
