Stone's Throw at Ocean Point is a delightful honeymoon cottage with bedroom, bathroom, screened porch, & small kitchen/living area. The villa is island-casual & comfortable, not deluxe, but is an extremely popular choice because of its charm and convenient waterside location. High beamed cathedral ceilings, tongue & groove cypress panels, and stonework characterize the main level. Furnishings are special - some antique, some whimsical - yet all comfortable and of a high quality. Ceiling fans grace all the rooms, but should the ocean breezes die down, a/c (metered separately) is available for a nominal cost. Large wooden decks are located at water's edge, with lounge chairs for sunning, reading, or just relaxing & enjoying the wonderful view of the turquoise water. You may even rent a boat & privately dock it at Stone's Throw, jump in the water from the boat slip (the villa provides convenient floats), or walk in 2 minutes to the pristine sugar-white sandy beach of Taylor's Bay. Private shared tennis courts (free of charge) are an easy 2-minute walk from Stone's Throw. A short drive leads to 18-hole golf, excellent restaurants, watersports, including scuba, fishing charters (deep sea & light tackle), and numerous boutiques & resort facilities.
