Directly in front, enjoy the annual international surfing competitions -- October to March. Surf Reunion caters to families with its spacious floor plan, comfortable furnishings, wide lanais, and 2 large kitchens with big working islands. The design of the home is like two separate twin houses on top of one another. All bedrooms have queen-size beds and are air conditioned. The home will sleep very comfortably 12 adults plus children. There are sleeper sofas in each living room (two) and porta-cribs, futons and air mattresses available. Bring your cameras to capture the fabulous sunsets and ocean activities! Surf Reunion's spacious living areas make it a perfect place to stay for family reunions, hence the name. The property also includes lighted arbor with natural stone tile, tiki torches with 2 gas BBQs, secured entries from road and beach for privacy and a yard with more than 100ft of beautiful ocean frontage. Relax on the lanai and enjoy the panoramic ocean view- - it is like being on the bow of a ship!!! Surf Reunion is a very special place with a beautiful and restful location and aloha style. The multi colored Pacific Ocean and the large white sand beach are just steps away! This villa sleeps 12 people. Security Deposit is $1,500.00. Cleaning fee is $520.85. There is a 7 night minimum stay. The listed rate does not include the 12.96% government tax.
