A pleasant departure from the norm, Butler's House is a private, historic 6-acre retreat, formerly part of a 17th-century Nevis plantation.
Nestled in the foothills of Butlers Mountain & situated atop its namesake village, Butler's House commands sweeping sea views amid an intoxicating landscape of color & fragrance. Totally surrounded by nature's bounty, guests enjoy Butler's juicy mangoes, papayas, herbs & fresh vegetables (depending on season).
Butler's House accommodates up to 6 people (if necessary, a pull-out sleeper sofa in the Great Room can accommodate 2 additional people), and appeals to couples & families alike. Tastefully decorated with an eclectic selection of antique & modern furnishings, the villa is extremely comfortable. Given Butler's lofty elevation on the windward slope of Mt Nevis, the house benefits from cooling Atlantic breezes, aided by ceiling fans throughout.
Whether exploring ruins, relaxing in the gardens, swimming in the pool, or picking mangoes, the choices are many at Butler's House (although you may have to compete with Vervet monkeys to reach the fruit first!) With championship golf, beautiful beaches, organized watersports & top restaurants just minutes from Butler's House, guests enjoy the best of both worlds when staying at this historic Nevisian residence.
Regardless of the number of bedrooms rented, guests will always have exclusive use of the house, pool & gardens.
NOTE: 7-night minimum year round. Rates exclude 9% tax & $500 security deposit.
