Five Star Alliance Client Reviews - Hotel Ritz
Linda G., London, United Kingdom. June, 2007
"Our room at the Hotel Ritz was elegant. Extremely spacious, for a Paris hotel. The extra bed we requested for a child did not crowd the room. The pool and spa complex should not be missed and the level of service is outstanding. "
Dave B., Michigan. June, 2007
"The hotel is definitely unique in its architecture, history and the quality of service. The hotel is old but the rooms are adequately updated. The service was impeccable, however you need to dress the part to receive the service. Located right in the heart of the fashion district and very close to the Tuileries and the Louvre makes it a wonderful place to stay if you wish to walk. The concierges were amazing and very adept at restaurant recommendations and reservations."
Gina, Southlake, TX. August, 2006
"Luxury, old world class and comfort with wonderful friendly service. The quality of their food service meals is beyond many high-rated and expensive restaurants. The private tour guide provided through the Hotel Ritz was exceptional and helped make our short stay in Paris outstanding. The only way to do Paris is at the Hotel Ritz! Hotel location and their recommended tour guide was about equal for the Nr. One spot. The service is a close second in terms of what was best."
Geoff, Nottingham, United Kingdom. August, 2006
"Stylish with history and charm. Service was outstanding. They had identiified it was my wife's birthday and left a cake and Champagne in the room for us. The room was exceptionally comfortable and classically stylish. L'Espadon restaurant is very classy and the service is high quality with great care and attention paid to the diners."
Lindalou, Dallas, TX. January, 2006
"My only disappointment with the Ritz was I was not allowed to take pictures in the lobby areas. I've always been fascinated with the reputation of the Ritz as being one of the best hotels in the world. I agree with the assessment. I loved my room. I liked the daily toiletries and the abbreviated version of the New York Times. My room was very large and had beautiful French furniture. The hotel location is really good. Service was very good. I didn't get a chance to eat in the restaurant or use the pool, spa, or gym. However, I intend to use them on my next stay. One of the waiters in the bar was rather snooty. I just overlooked him."
