"High comfort and a huge space. The room overlooked St. Patrick's Cathedral and the skyline of New York at night was fabulous. The details in preparing the room for the night, including turning the TV on, were very nice and friendly touches. The whole hotel feels warm and cozy and the rooms are very quiet."

"Our stay at the Palace Hotel in NYC was exceptional from the moment the bellman opened our car door to the front desk check in to our beautiful room overlooking St. Patrick's Cathedral and the NY skyline. We were treated wonderfully - everyone was sincerely nice, and helpful and professional - a great blend. The room was spotless and nicely appointed and we had access to the Concierge Lounge. From a full course breakfast, to a full luncheon buffet to hot and cold appetizers and open bar, we almost didn't need to eat out. The staff there were also very pleasant and the food was great. This hotel has everything one would need for a delightful stay in the city. The location is perfect and the rooms are so quiet - a real treat given the noise level at most hotels. This hotel has earned its exceptional reputation and continues to delight and impress us."

"It was marvelous. Almost perfect. I hated to leave because the attention to detail, the staff's helpfulness, the beauty of the surroundings made it a great experience. The only drawback, and it was minor, was the maid service did not always replace glassware and the cleaning was not quite as thorough as it might have been. Great value for something so luxurious."
