The Capella Marigot Bay Hotel is a luxury resort hotel in St Lucia's Marigot Bay. A necklace of islands defines the Caribbean, but St Lucia, like a pear-shaped precious stone, is a rare treasure. From the 3,000-foot peak of Mt Gimie to its sandy shores and the coral reefs beyond, St Lucia is an infinity of colour, wildlife and enchantment. Making the most of this, Marigot Bay Hotel, is a beautifully landscaped resort set within a natural harbour near Castries, the capital, in the north-west of St Lucia. Marigot Bay Hotel is a new enterprise offering 56 luxury suites and 66 superbly appointed guest rooms built around the pool in clusters and set into the hillside with views across the bay. They call it "Caribbean Cool with City Chic." Yes, but right up-to-the-minute! With the sun over the yardarm, there are five bars, one across the bay to which you ferry yourself! The Pink Snail Bar is a tribute to Dr Dolittle! Three restaurants, offer haute cuisine to simple snacks; just choose your ambience. The Lapli Spa, fitness centre, shops, marina and dinghy dock complete this sybarite's hideaway.
