Five Star Alliance is an online travel agency. All of our best rates and most current availability can be found online, here at our web site. By using our site you have access to all of the same information available to our in-house agents.
If you would like to change the dates of your existing reservation, you may do so yourself by booking a new reservation, and then cancelling your existing reservation. After you make your new reservation, you may cancel your old reservation by clicking on the "My Reservations" link at the top right of every page on our site. For an immediate change to an existing reservation, we have agents standing by 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at the number above.
To cancel an existing reservation, you may click on the "My Reservations" link at the top right of every page on our site. There, enter your email address and confirmation number, then follow the link at the bottom of your "Reservation Detail" page to cancel the reservation. If you do not know your confirmation number, there is an option to have it emailed to you.
Please be advised that we do not have any current job openings at our hotels and are not responsible for any email requests for resumes and job applications. We also do not have any offices in Canada.
