SLS Hotel at Beverly Hills is once again dishing up its Annual White Truffle Dinner Series. Returning for a third year, the  multi-course experience celebrates the flavors of the truffle through the playful imagination of Chef Jose Andrés and his award-winning culinary team at SAAM. Set in an elegant, secluded dining room designed by Philippe Starck, SAAM offers a quiet retreat, where the chef's creations and world-class wines take center stage.

Named "Outstanding Chef" by the James Beard Foundation in 2011 and one of Time Magazine's 100 Most Influential People in 2012, SLS Hotel at Beverly Hills culinary director, Chef José Andrés, is recognized globally for his creative and unforgettable dining experiences. 

The Dinner Series Will Be Held

Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings
October 23rd – November 22nd at 6:30pm
$350 per guest. Wine pairing options for $100 or $300
