The Pierre Hotel

It's on the market for a whopping $70 million. According to the Times UK, the penthouse is being marketed as the most expensive apartment in the world:

In addition to the four bedrooms, the suite features five bathrooms with mosaic marble floors, Jacuzzi and steam bath, living room with billiards table, and library. By: Mary Winston Nicklin

Eiffel Suite

The Plaza Athenee's dazzling Eiffel Suite could be the best in Paris, with a 180 degree panorama of the city's skyline. Located on the 8th floor of the hotel, facing Avenue Montaigne, the suite boasts incredible views of Paris' most beloved landmark. The suite's 1,410 square feet are composed of a large bedroom, living room including enormous corner sofa, a bar and sitting room-- graced by two separate entrances. All rooms feature large picture windows with views of the Eiffel Tower—even the bathroom has a wall of glass to allow the magnificent view (though it can become opaque if desired, for complete privacy). By far the best part of the suite is the 301 square foot terrace, situated on the roof of the hotel just above the suite's living room. From here, lucky guests enjoy unsurpassed 360 degree views of the City of Light.

Hotel de Russie

Located in the heart of the eternal city, between the Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo, the stunning Hotel de Russie is unique among luxury hotels in Rome because of its extensive, terraced gardens which provide a peaceful refuge in the center of the bustling city. The Hotel de Russie has recently opened a Butterfly Oasis, created in collaboration with WWF International, in the hotel's ancient Secret Garden, where visitors can observe rare butterflies while strolling or dining alfresco. The hotel also has one of Rome's best health clubs and spa with a hydropool, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish steam bath, beauty treatments and gym. In mid September, the Hotel de Russie will inaugurate the new Vaclav Nijinsky Suite, named after the great Russian ballet dancer. The ultra-spacious suite will feature a 250 sq meter terrace, two bedrooms, dining room, living room with a piano and a 50-inch flat-screen TV, a bar, walk-in wardrobe and a large bathroom with separate shower, steam bath and television. In addition, in September and October 2006, The Stravinskij Bar invites resident and non-resident guests to experience a special "aperitivo" moment. Offer consists of half-bottle of Krug and tapas for two at EUR 90.
