The restaurant at The Inn at Dos Brisas is the only Forbes five-star restaurant in Texaz, with award-winning cuisine crafted with ingredients grown on-site and sourced from local producers. Meals are served on custom Bernardaud China, there's a 7,000-bottle wine cellar, 18th century fireplace from France's Loire Valley, along with a handcrafted alder and mahogany bar.
