August 25, 2013
By: Five Star Alliance

Few hotels have a more iconic structure than the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, which is constructred to look like a single, massive breaking wave. The sprawling hotel is so built so that every room can feature a sea view, since its wide face is open to the ocean. With 618 rooms and suites, that's no mean architectural feat, and its large size means that guests always have great choices when it comes to dining and leisure. The Pavilion Sports & Leisure Center puts most other hotels to shame. You can enjoy watersports, a full-service spa, tennis, dive center, and even a climbing wall.  Five different fine dining experiences await your palate, so you'll have to stay at least a week to try them all. From Italian to Latin to Lebanese, each is a completely unique culinary treat.

There are 19 beachside villas that have an extra degree of privacy. The hotel has a total of 550 Ocean View Rooms, 48 Ocean View Suites and 19 Villas.

Question: We’d like to stay at the Miramonte Resort and Spa, but we’re traveling with a large group of 4 adults and 2 seven year old kids. We’d like to get 2 interconnecting rooms. What room types should we book?

Answer: The Estate room with 2 queen beds or the Luxury room with 2 queen beds can accommodate a family of 2 adults and 2 kids age 7 at no extra charge. The difference between the Estate and Luxury room type is that the Luxury room type has access to a patio or balcony while the Estate room does not. The Estate king can interconnect to a Luxury Queen or to an Estate Queen. Although these interconnecting room types are currently available, interconnecting rooms would not be guaranteed and based on availability which fluctuates frequently. Question: Can you recommend one of your properties in Florence? One adult, check in November 2 and spend three or four nights. Looking for fantastic view, and prefer walking access to top sites. I've never been to Italy before.

Answer: We have 32 luxury properties in Florence, and we would suggest visiting this website and entering your dates of travel to view the hotels that have availability as well as their photos, prices, and location descriptions.

A few that we would recommend would be the Hotel Bernini Palace which is located in a historical 15th century palazzo in the heart of Florence and has rates starting from 209 Euros per night. Another hotel we'd recommend is Villa San Michele which is a 15th-century Franciscan monastery has now been transformed into one of Europe's most charming and picturesque hotels, only a few minutes from the centre of Florence.
