Need digs in Dusseldorf? As of mid December 2010, there's a new five-star hotel in town, situated in the trendy Media Harbor area. Hyatt Regency Dusseldorf is located in one of two newly built 19-story towers and is connected to the opposite side of the harbor by a pedestrian bridge. Both business and leisure travelers will appreciate the facilities: DOX Restaurant (with sushi bar), fitness center, meeting rooms, and ultra-modern guest rooms with flat-screen televisions, rain showers, and MP3 docking stations. As the Wall Street Journal points out: "If you fancy a bit more privacy and pampering you could opt for a room in the hotel's Regency Club, where you have a dedicated concierge and access to a private lounge on the 18th floor." The Rive Spa will open in mid February.
