Talk of the Town: Danny Meyer’s Maialino Restaurant To Open at Gramercy Park Hotel

It's official. After much anticipation, the Gramercy Park Hotel will unveil its new restaurant in November, a concept developed by celebrated restaurateur Danny Meyer and his Union Square Hospitality Group. The Italian resto called Maialino is the first project for Meyer since he opened The Modern at the Museum of Modern Art in 2005. The private Roof Club and Garden (pictured) will also be operated by Meyer's team. Just another reason to check out the beautiful hotel known for its celeb sightings, hip bar, and rich interior design.
