Skate into the New Year at Hotel Plaza Athenee, Paris

Back by popular demand: the ice skating rink at the Plaza Athénée, the Parisian palace hotel on the avenue Montaigne. Built in La Cour Jardin and surrounded by twinkling fir trees, the courtyard ice rink is open until January 30, 2011. In town for Christmas? Your kids will get a hoot out of "The Magic Window by Disneyland Paris at The Plaza Athénée"-- from where a new Disney prince and princess appear each Wednesday leading up to Christmas. And New Year's also promises to be a barrel of laughs for pint-sized guests. "A Circus at The Plaza Athénée" will be a fun-filled evening of games, skits, shows, and surprises in the Marie-Antoinette room.
