Not just a top chef, Gillino's list of talents also include composer. In fact, he recently produced a CD inspired by his time in the Middle East. Released under his stage name, Chris Milano, "Sounds of the Desert" takes listeners through a sensory journey through Egyptian history, which guests can hear while dining at one of the restaurants that overlooks the Nile.
