Sometimes tough times call for a little breather, a break, some relaxation. (Just check out the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority's new(ish) ad campaign, where the tiny, hard-working town of Cranfills Gap, Texas was treated to a vacation in Sin City.) Spa Week will allow just that- as folks can give themselves some r & r with discounted spa treatments at 700 facilities across the country. From April 13-19, you can get treatments for just $50 each, and as The Washington Post points out, "Red Door Spas by Elizabeth Arden, which has 27 participating locations, will offer the 50-minute Stress Melter Ritual for $50; usual cost is $235."
