Towering over the city on the 52nd floor, the Ty Warner Penthouse Suite at Four Seasons Hotel New York offers an ultra-luxe setting in the heart of Manhattan. Following a seven year collaboration between I. M. Pei, Peter Marino, and visionary hotel owner Ty Warner, the 4,300-square-foot suite is recognized as an architectural masterpiece. With one of the crowning features being the suite's four cantilevered glass balconies soaring 500 feet over the city (the highest in the world), set on a diagonal to the north-south and east-west grid of Manhattan and finished with glass railings for one-of-a-kind views. In addition to the balconies, the suite has 25-foot bronze clad bay windows providing uninterrupted views of Central Park and the Manhattan skyline. Within the suite is a  living room completed with hand-lacquered walls and inlaid mother of pearl, as well as a 700-square-foot library with 26-foot cathedral ceilings completed with a Bosendorfer Baby Grand Piano. In September, the hotel will unveil new suites designed by French design firm and retailer, Roche Bobois. Langham Place, New York, Fifth Avenue has partnered with Roche Bobois, a French design firm and retailer, to introduce the new Roche Bobois Suites. The new suites are slated to debut this September, coinciding with both New York Fashion Week and the United Nations General Assembly.

The Roche Bobois suites (#2503 and #2603), have two full bathrooms, an additional half-bath and a combined living and dining area, as well as a full-service kitchen, washer and dryer and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the New York skyline and Empire State Building.

Inspired by the brand’s collaborations with fashion houses such as Jean Paul Gaultier and Missoni, the new suites also incorporate elements from Roche Bobois' most recent collaboration with Christian Lacroix.

- Living room furniture, such as a Presence Sofa, a Profile tufted leather ottoman and an Epoq sofa from the Nouveaux Classique collection
- Aqua dining table, which can seat up to 10 guests
