Take advantage of a special offer when jetting to Milan. Book the Hotel de la Ville with Five Star Alliance, and you'll get treated to a room category upgrade at check-in, based on availability. (How suite is that?) Not far from Milan's airport, located across from the former summer residence of the Royal House of Savoy in Monza, the Hotel de la Ville is a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World. Run by a family of hoteliers for generations, the Hotel de la Ville showcases objects and ornaments from the family's private collection throughout the public spaces.
The newest luxury resort in Las Vegas (costing its developers a cool $1 billion) opened its doors in March to a crowd of thousands-- a star-studded gala that caused HotelChatter to quip: "M Resort Debuts, The Crowd Parties Like It's 2005." Focused on a personal, hands-on approach to service, the M Resort Spa Casino is located on South Las Vegas Boulevard and St. Rose Parkway on 90 acres-- a setting that's higher in elevation than other Vegas resort-casinos, thus providing the best views of the city skyline from its 390 guest rooms and suites. The M made headlines when it became the first casino in the U.S. to offer continuous betting throughout sporting events, and it's continuing to bask in the spotlight with its incredible giveaway offer. "The Place to Stay in May" means that The M is giving away $350,000 in cash and trips, with drawings held every 15 minutes 6-9 pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. And on Sunday, May 31, The M will give away a Mercedes Benz. Psssst. You'll find room rates on Five Star Alliance at less than $100 per night!

Deep in the heart of Old Montreal, just one block from the Old Port, Le Saint Sulpice welcomes guests to a charming oasis in the shadow of the Notre-Dame Basilica. Ranked in the "Top 10 Best Luxury Hotels in Canada" by TripAdvisor in 2009, the all-suite boutique hotel has 108 rooms with French style windows opening onto the courtyard or the cobblestoned streets of Vieux-Montreal. The best part of all? The hotel's gorgeous garden courtyard, complete with herb garden, where you can relax from spring to the end of autumn in a verdant space named "Montreal's most beautiful terrasse-garden" by the newspaper La Presse. The hotel is running a fantastic promotion right now-- where you get a complimentary upgrade to a suite, free wireless Internet and daily newspaper, complimentary Continental breakfast, plus a $25 voucher to the hotel's well-known "S" Restaurant-- all for just $199 a night (Canadian dollars).
Guests at Manhattan's Benjamin Hotel can't stop raving about the friendly staff and fabulous bedding (read the reviews on Yelp here). In fact, the hotel gets serious props for its Benjamin Bed, designed for the perfect night's sleep. The deets:
The focal point of our guest room is the world renowned Benjamin Bed: a Serta mattress created exclusively for The Benjamin, with specially engineered convoluted foam cushioning and layers of fibers quilted to the mattress for a luxurious surface feel. The custom-designed Benjamin Bed is wrapped in 100 Egyptian cotton 400-plus thread count sheets by Anichini and a down-filled comforter with luxurious triple sheeting.
Throw in the 12-choice pillow menu and a Sleep Concierge, and it's not hard to see why The Benjamin actually has a sleep guarantee. (ie. You'll get a full refund if you don't get a good night's sleep during your stay.) With beautiful decor and cutting-edge technology, The Benjamin leaves little to be desired in the heart of Manhattan. Book the "Spring Weekend Getaway" and you'll receive daily Continental breakfast for two at the Emery Bar or in your guest room, daily valet parking, and 20 percent off services at the Wellness Spa in addition to your luxurious accommodations. Priced from $295 until May 31, 2009.
When the swanky St. Regis opened its doors just off Orchard Road in Singapore last year, it made waves as the first international luxury hotel to open in the island city-state in a decade. The first hotel for the posh St. Regis brand in southeast Asia, the 299-room Singapore property is getting lots of press for its impeccable service. The Robb Report named it as "Best of the Best" and the St. Regis Singapore also landed a spot on Travel and Leisure's It List as the top new business hotel for 2008:
The multilingual butlers are rigorously trained, and we found their graciousness refreshing in the midst of Singapore's often harried atmosphere. Our night butler, of his own accord, presented us with two different types of lens cleaners for our eyeglasses. The next morning, a double espresso was waiting for us when we woke up. Butlers are even equipped with BlackBerrys, so you can reach them wherever they are. The hotel is classic in feel, a fact which belies the modern glass façade. Interiors do acknowledge the St. Regis's Asian setting (we loved the chinoiserie armoires and works by contemporary Chinese artists), though details like the Czech crystal chandeliers and Regency-style furniture are a tad old-fashioned for our tastes.
The St. Regis Singapore is currently running some excellent promotions, like the complimentary nights offer, where you stay for two nights (over a weekend) and pay for only one. If you stay three consecutive nights (any time), you pay for only two.
Romantic? Check. Beautiful Beaches? Check. A volcano? Check. When you dream of the perfect getaway, what comes to mind? It would probably be somewhat close to the Therasia Resort. This beautiful luxury hotel is situated on the island of Vulcano, one of the seven Aeolian Islands, only a short distance from the beach and center of, yes, a vollcano. The hotel boasts breathtaking views over the 6 other islands and the stunning 'faraglioni' of Lipari.
Therasia Resort was completely restored in 2006 using local materials to pay respect to the surrounding environment. Guests can take advantage of the resort's large Infinite pool, or have a romantic meal at the resort's panoramic restaurant, complete with views of the sea. Though only a short trip from Sicily, Therasia Resort retains the Greek mythology and ancient nature that make it a luxurious retreat all its own. Book through June and you can stay, with breakfast, for around 175 USD.
Check into the talked-about hotel in San Juan, Puerto Rico and get into the groove with salsa lessons. The sexy hotel can hook you up with a dance teacher to improve your moves. Priced from $179 per night, the two-night package includes accommodations in a Partial Ocean View Room, a book on the history of Salsa, a disposable camera to catch the action, a 1.5-hour Salsa Lesson, and car service to and from Nuyorican Cafe (entrance fee included). Return to the hotel's happening bar, known as a trend-setter hang-out, to show off your stylish moves. The San Juan Water and Beach Club is currently running another fabulous promotion: Stay for three or four nights in an ocean-view room during the months of May and June, and you'll receive 20 to 25 percent off your entire visit. Room rates before discount start at $179.
